We collect the information needed to process an order: your name, email, phone number and delivery address. This is used to confirm the order, arrange delivery and answer support requests. We do not sell customer information.
Payment details are entered with the payment provider and are not stored on this site. For payments arranged by email, we keep a record of the order and the payment status only.
Cookies and local storage
The site uses local storage to remember your bag, selected currency and sign-in email on this device. It also uses basic analytics to understand which pages are visited. You can clear these at any time in your browser settings.
Your rights
You can ask to review, correct or delete the personal information linked to your orders by emailing support@irisbobs.com. We respond within one business day. Order records may be retained where required for accounting or dispute handling.
Terms of sale
By placing an order you confirm that the delivery details are correct and that you are able to receive the parcel. Product descriptions, hair type and care instructions are provided in good faith; small variation in colour and wave pattern is normal for human hair.
Made-to-order units are built to the measurements you provide. Please check the size chart before ordering. Duties and taxes are the responsibility of the recipient. Nothing on this site is a promise of a specific medical or cosmetic outcome.
